If the first instance, you can contact the creator of the product you have pre-ordered. You can do this in several ways:

1. Send an email message via the "Contact form" on the vendor profile page belonging to the product creator
2. Send a chat message on the vendor profile page to the product creator
3. Ask a question in the Q&A section of the product creator's campaign page
4. Write a comment in the Comments section of the product creator's campaign page
