I pre-ordered a product, but I don’t see the pre-order on my account?Updated a year ago

Your payment for the pre-launch product on CrowdMall will appear on your bank or credit card statements with the descriptor CROWDMALL, LLC.

If your pre-order payment did not go through and there is no record of CrowdMall receiving notification of your pre-order, you can simply reorder the product – perhaps using a different, approved payment method.

Make sure you use a valid card for your pre-orders and/or that you have sufficient money in your order or on your card to complete your purchase successfully.

Keep your payment details up to date in your profile (e.g. when you receive a new or replacement credit card)
