I haven't received my product yet. What can I do?Updated a year ago

This can vary by product. We allow creators up to six months to deliver a product once their campaign ends. However, most creators will deliver their item much faster than this, as one of our requirements is that items are production-ready.

You can send the creator a message via the product campaign page or via their vendor profile page to get an update on when the creator estimates the product will be ready. Also, the creator may circulate a newsletter or send updates via social media.
