Common problems when you pre-order a productUpdated a year ago

If you have a problem with making a pre-order payment successfully, please read the questions and answers in the Troubleshooting section for buyers.

If you decide after pre-ordering a product that you no longer wish to purchase it, contact CrowdMall to ask us to refund your money. You can only do this while a product campaign is live (i.e. before its set deadline date).

If you decide after pre-ordering a product that you have ordered too many units, contact CrowdMall to ask them to refund your money for the number of units you no longer want. You can only do this while a product campaign is live (i.e. before its set deadline date).

If you want to order more units of a product, simply pre-order the extra units you want from the product's campaign page in the normal way.
