Where do buyers come from?Updated a year ago

Buyers are people who want to pre-order products from live campaigns. As CrowdMall launched in the U.S. initially, buyers are customers based in the United States exclusively. Pre-launch products can only be purchased in U.S. dollars.

Within these parameters, buyers get to hear about CrowdMall and live campaigns on the platform by receiving promotional and marketing messages.

CrowdMall promotes the platform at a generic level via email, newsletters, blogs, advertising, and social media.

Product creators promote their own live campaigns via their own email accounts, newsletters, blogs, advertising, and social media platforms. Every campaign has its own unique URL, which can be shared publicly to attract buyers.

Once consumers visits CrowdMall they can choose to become buyers by setting up buyer accounts.
